All Members are advised to fill out and return the Beneficiary Information Sheet that was recently mailed out as part of the Construction & General Workers Union Local 92 Extended Benefits Fund information package.

This Fund is separate from Funds Administrative Services and requires a new Beneficiary Form that is kept on file at the Edmonton Union Hall.  Any changes in beneficiaries in future will need to be changed at both FAS and Local 92 as they are two separate Funds.
