BIRD – DOW FS2 (FORT SASKATCHEWAN, AB) (JOB# 59405) – is requesting 2 GRADESMEN to report August 25th at 6:15 am for orientation to perform general labour duties including gradesman duties, lots of twisting/bending, working in confined spaces & excavations, repetitive movements, working at heights, pushing/pulling (up to 30lbs) and heavy lifting (up to 50lbs). Must have extensive gradesman/underground work experience to bid as this job will be screened by a business agent. Must be physically fit and have CSTS, ESC Confined Space Monitor & Entry, ESC Fall Protection and Valid Driver’s License. Duration is unknown, working 6x10’s and you must have your own transportation as there is NO Camp/No LOA/No Transportation.
BIRD – KEYERA ACE PROJECT (FORT SASKATCHEWAN, AB)(JOB# 59413)– is requesting 3G/L to report August 31STat 7:00 am for orientation to perform general labour duties including twisting/bending, working in confined spaces & excavations, working at heights, heavy lifting (up to 50lbs). Must be physically fit, have concrete formwork experience and also have CSTS-09 & OSSA Orientation or OSSA BSO/CSO, OSSA Fall Protection and a valid Driver’s License. Duration is unknown, working 5x10’s and you must have your own transportation as there is no Camp or No LOA available. The rate for this job is as per the Civil Foundations Agreement ($34.32/per hr).
CAM- DOW (FORT SASKATCHEWAN, AB) (JOB# 59415)- is requesting 1 FORKLIFT OPERATOR for DAYS to report August 31st at 6:30am for Orientation to perform general labour duties including Operating a Forklift, excavation work, working at heights (climbing scaffolds & vertical ladders), working in confined spaces, use of tools and must be able to wear respiratory protective equipment. Must have previous Forklift Experience to bid as this job will be screened by a Business Agent, be physically fit & be clean shaven daily. Must also have CSTS-09 & OSSA Orientation or OSSA BSO/CSO, WHMIS, ESC Confined Space Monitor & Entry, ESC Fall Protection, 3M Mask Fit Test (6000 series) and Forklift Ticket. Duration is 3 weekS+ working 4x10’+s. You must have your own transportation as there is No bussing/No camp/No loa. The rate for this job is as per the GPMA Dow Agreement.
OJB ENERGY – ATCO YELLOWHEAD PIPELINE (DRAYTON VALLEY, AB) ** WEST SPREAD**(JOB#59419) – is requesting 2 EXPEREINCED PIPELINERS to report August 28th at 7:00 am for orientation to perform pipeline labour duties including using power washer to wash equipment & vehicles (most of the day), heavy lifting up to 50lbs and any other pipeline duties that may be required by the contractor. Must be physically fit (very physically demanding position), and have PCST, Flagging, H2S Alive and Ground Disturbance tickets with a minimum of 3 Years Mainline Pipeline Experience, specifically with the duties listed to bid as this job will be screened by a Business Agent. Duration is 2 weeks+, working 6x10’s and LOA is available ($200/day - 75km Rule in effect). Online Orientation must be completed prior to arrival on site.

Please be advised that there will be no increase in monthly dues for 2026. Monthly dues will remain the same at $43 per month throughout the year.
Please be advised that if you have not been previously dispatched to any Pipeline Jobs through Local 92, you will be required to provide proof of experience PRIOR to bidding in the form of a ROE or Letterhead from the Company you previously worked for.

RSAP PROGRAM
Notice to Members enrolled in the VOLUNTARY RSAP Program: MEMBERS ENROLLED IN THE VOLUNTARY PORTION OF RSAP WITH ACTIVE STATUS, WILL NO LONGER HAVE TO RE-TEST. YOUR RSAP STATUS WILL REMAIN ACTIVE. TESTING AFTER A 6 MONTH PERIOD IS NO LONGER REQUIRED. If you are unsure of your RSAP status, please call Amanda Stefanizyn @ the Edmonton office directly at (780)801-5126.
DRUG & ALCOHOL TESTING
Local 92 does not send members for Alcohol and Drug testing. The contractors require you to take these tests as per the site owners. You must refer to your dispatch slip and call the phone number that is listed next to "A&D Testing" in order to have a test booked in your area. Please do not proceed to orientation until you have spoken with the contractor.
TICKETS
Please ensure that all your tickets and skills are updated and on file for bidding purposes. Please do NOT bid on any job that you do not have the required tickets for. Any members who have any further questions regarding Local 92 dispatch rules, please call 780 426 6630 and speak to a business agent.
Please note; it is becoming increasingly more important that ANY members who accept a dispatch to any site, have a VALID Government issued photo ID. If you do not have valid government issued photo ID please do NOT accept a dispatch.
COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS
Any members that wish to read the Collective Agreement that they are working under can access them by visiting the CLRA (Construction Labour Relations of Alberta) website.
SUCCESSFUL BID
If you successfully bid on a job and dispatch cannot reach you within one hour of closing the callout, the job will go to the next lowest bidder on the list or back on the callout.
